LocalMole uses advans for launch
An ECHO Outdoor advan hit the streets of Liverpool to launch a new online business directory.
LocalMole.co.uk is the latest offering from Trinity Mirror and aims to connect local users with local businesses.
Featuring more than 1.8m listings, users can not only view rich content for each business, but also rate and review their experiences.
As part of the launch promotion which included regional print and online media, the campaign also took to the road with one of our advans.
Creative featured a larger-than-life version of Doug, the LocalMole.co.uk mascot, urging people to log on and dig up the best local businesses.
The vehicle spent two days in Liverpool city centre and at Ladies Day for the 2009 John Smith’s Grand National festival which attracted a record-breaking number of racegoers since 2005.
